Happy New Year Moms!! I truly hope this will be the best year for you yet!

🌟BizmomCoaching update – HEADS UP: A few things will be changing with my content. In addition to teaching moms how to simplify, streamline and structure their businesses effectively to gain control, growth and time freedom; I also need to incorporate how moms should be looking after themselves on their entrepreneurial journeys. I believe this is what moms are HUNGRY for in this time and what we all need it more than ever. There is no better time to incorporate proper self-care while we are structuring our businesses.
.
This decision follows an incredibly hard journey that I have been on over the past five months where I have learned SO much about taking care of myself optimally and how it flows over into my business which, even when I thought I did, I didn’t do well!
.
😥My lack of proper self-care has left me burnt out, lacking sleep, nutrient deprived, malnourished and when I weaned my youngest from breastfeeding in June 2020, soon after – ALL.HELL.BROKE.LOOSE in my body. It was so bad that I could not work and it has impacted every aspect of my life. I realised that us moms are NOT thriving!! We are barely surviving. And it needs to change. Big Time.😥
.
It is as if everything that has been worrying me in the back of my mind (not having energy, working too late at night,sleeping too little, not eating right and skipping meals & over exercising to name a few, has been thrown upon me by cracking me open and forcing me to change many, SO many things in my life.
.
Obviously, healing and self-care as a BizMom is a journey, but I want to share what has worked for me thus far (so many cool things) so that all mom bosses out there can be the healthiest, happiest versions of themselves, while finding success in their business.
.
