I want to meet you where you are at in your journey right now, because not so long ago I was exactly where you are now… A few years ago, I started an online health business so that I could be home with my kids, which quickly evolved into coaching other moms to also work from home to be with their kids. I needed to figure out how to run two businesses and be a mom at the same time – and a good one at that.
I soon came face to face with the frustration of not having control over my time, lacking clarity, feeling stuck and out of control while craving more time for my kids, but also desperately need my online business to grow and excel. Other people make it look so easy… So, how is it yet so HARD?
But deep down I knew it was possible. At first, I was trying to figure everything out myself. While this has taught me some valuable lessons, I still found myself stuck and frustrated. I just could not gain the traction I needed. I procrastinated. Regularly. And I got burnt out!
Then disaster struck as my body crashed. I found myself in a situation of post weaning anxiety, depression and just overall burn-out. It took me a year of healing strategically (yes, strategy can bring you far) and learning what I need to do to take DEEP self-care of myself. I have been neglecting myself to be a good mom, to build businesses and it blew up in my face big-time. I didn’t know if I could even recover.
Yup, if you have ever gone through any of these things, I have been there too. I remember the frustration of hustling (there’s that word again…ugh) between work and family life, touch and go and trying to grow my business without a clear system and strategy that works, comparing my success to other successful online business women – many who don’t even have kids, and just feeling plain deflated. Because the purpose of this course is to free up your time, it is designed so that you can follow the quick “Action Steps” after each lesson to give you quick-wins every day. About one hour per day for the lesson and implementation would be needed to successfully progress through the course. It should be noted that one remains realistic that some of the overarching strategies that are taught, does take time and is a process to be implemented.
