If a purchase instruction is received by BizMomCoaching from the customer for the buying of any products, goods and/or services, it constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions contained within this document. Copyright BizMomCoaching.

HTMA Orders are exclusive of delivery to the laboratory in the USA. Any product’s pricing is subject to change at any time due to exchange rates.

- 1:1 MENTORSHIP
1:1 Mentorship services are provided in accordance with specific 1:1 Mentorship Terms applicable to the mentorship package purchased.
These terms set out the specific details of the mentorship, including the services and support included, number and duration of sessions, scheduling and booking procedures, communication and support between sessions, access to resources, payment terms, cancellations and rescheduling, and any
other conditions applicable to the mentorship.
The applicable 1:1 Mentorship Terms will be provided to the client before payment AND in their Welcome Email following enrolment and payment, and should be read in conjunction with these General Terms and Conditions.
By proceeding with a 1:1 Mentorship package, the client acknowledges that the mentorship is subject to the applicable 1:1 Mentorship Terms provided to them and agrees to comply with the booking, scheduling and participation requirements contained therein.
Clients will receive instructions for accessing the online booking calendar and scheduling their included sessions in their Welcome Email.
The number of sessions included in the mentorship is determined by the specific package purchased and is not unlimited or interchangeable with other services unless expressly agreed in writing.

COPYRIGHT
- All content that form part of our digital products and services, social media marketing and website is copyright protected. None of it may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, recorded or stored in any form.
PAYMENT
- The method of payment will be made by Credit/Debit Card (Mastercard, VISA or Amex) or electronic bank transfer or PayPal.
- No cheques.
- The customer agrees to pay a 100% COD before services are honoured. Kindly note that no product will be released until the funds have cleared in the account of BizMomCoaching and proof of payment has been emailed to info@bizmomcoaching.com.
LEAD TIME
- Lead time is dependent on calendar availability for appointments and HTMA returns are subject to the lead time of the Labs.
- The average estimated result return period for HTMA’s are 7-14 days from time of order confirmation at the LAB (and client payment funds have cleared), but may vary depending on your location, courier transit times and Lab’s lead time.
REFUND POLICY
- No refunds for digital services.
AFFILIATES
BizMomCoaching sell affiliate products for a small commission. All affiliate products sold via the BizMomCoaching website is subject to the Affiliate’s terms and conditions. Shipping will be managed by the Affiliate and is subject to their terms, rates and costs. We only endorse products that are fully aligned to our quality standards.
LIABILITY
- It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the information displayed on the invoice is correct, including but not limited to product ordered, quantity, pricing and delivery address.
- The customer is responsible for the cost of courier services where indicated.
- If the products arrive late, BizMomCoaching cannot be held liable.
WARRANTY
- BizMomCoaching cannot warrant the replacement of any defective products, damage or loss from the courier process. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure adequate insurance is taken out for their HTMA shipments.
- No replacement is warranted for digital products or services.
- Your Agreement to purchase any of our offers, including digital products or services constitutes your informed consent and acceptance of all Disclaimers, Terms of Service, Conditions, Waiver of Liability, Copyright and Payment, Access & Refund Policy.
