Women Thriving in 2026 is not what you expect!
Tuning into yourself is the key you are searching for if you want to be a women who thrive in 2026…
When I was at my most burnt-out; deep in symptoms, discomfort, and fear, I was grabbing at straws. And I see now that this is exactly what so many women, especially you high achievers, are still doing.
While they have all the answers within them. The problem is that women have never been taught how to listen to their bodies. They have no idea how to connect and how to bring their entire being into balance.
Women are intuitive by nature yet profoundly disconnected from their inner guidance. Instead of learning how to restore balance from within, they outsource their power to experts, protocols, supplements, devices, and hacks and hoping something external will save them. Desperation makes this easy. But it’s a false solution.
What troubles me most is how often women follow voices online that sound authoritative, familiar with complex medical terminology and impressive credentials, yet these people are unable to thrive without constant crutches. And they promote dependence.
I recently saw a very well-known health influencer, who sells supplements and openly admits he fully depends on them, say this: “Supplements work because when I stop taking them, I feel worse again.”
Another promotes a balanced life yet still pushes “helpful” supplementation.
The HTMA community focuses on many many supplements for “balance” and I see many treading waters because of this.
Another health influencer followed by thousands of women was making fun of inner-child work because the solution according to her lies in ‘having more fun’ as the ultimate answer… And yes, having fun is crucial, but it is a half-truth while she ignores or does not understand the full context of true thriving. Inner child work stretches far beyond. You need to understand all the ‘personas’ that keep you stuck and start to listen to your body’s language. Yet this lady is dependent on health bio-hacks to feel remotely sane and normal.
Pause.
If your system collapses without constant intervention… is that health? NO.
At what point do we start questioning the model?
The goal of healing and of true vitality is not dependency. It’s resilience. It’s Energy. It’s Capacity.
To thrive independently means you may choose to use tools for support at the right time (not as a first step), but you are never reliant on them. You flourish even when they’re removed or not used. Your body knows how to self-regulate. Your nervous system can adapt. Your energy is not fragile.
Yet many women chase information instead of embodiment and devotion to truth. They follow those who can explain the science beautifully but are not living the outcome. Knowledge without truth integration is just noise. Strategy without truth becomes another form of stress.
And perhaps the deeper issue is this:
Listening outward has become easier than listening inward.
Intuition, gut instinct, rhythm, the body’s quiet signals, your thoughts and the words you use without you even realising it ~ these have been drowned out by supplements and bio-hacks from authority figures, and their sense of your urgency to feel better yesterday. When you’re disconnected from yourself, anyone with confidence sounds convincing. And it’s easier to downplay truth than to commit to it.
So, what can you do?
Redefine the end goal.
Ask yourself honestly: Do I want a theoretical solution or do I want to thrive, even without health props? Can I actually learn to trust myself and my body?
Evaluate results, not rhetoric.
Look at how people live, not just what they say. Are they regulated? Energized? Free? Balanced? Or managing symptoms endlessly?
Rebuild your listening skills.
Start small. Track energy, hunger, mood, stress, recovery and your inner thoughts. Your body is always communicating and most of us have just forgotten that language of truth.
Shift from fixing to cultivating.
Healing isn’t about constantly correcting and pivoting what’s “wrong.” What’s wrong is an important message. It’s about using that message and responding to what your body needs, building capacity, resilience, and trust in your system over time. It’s the long, but permanent game.
Choose devotion over desperation.
Devotion to thriving requires patience, courage, and discernment but it leads to sovereignty, not dependency.
The real question isn’t “Who has the best solution?”
It’s “Who and what brings me closer to my own inner authority?”
The body’s true design isn’t to survive through constant intervention. It’s really about the capacity to initiate healing, adapting, and thrive when we finally learn how to listen.
